Heelp! my printer can't copy full A4 pages, but can copy complete this page type. How i can fix that copy problem?

Hi,

Your printer does not support borderless printing (See Borderless printing):

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05514352#AbT7

 

The minimum bottom print margins are 12.7mm (1.27cm) (see Minimum print margin, bottom (A4))

 

the hardware cannot print below these margins as listed by its specifications.

 

You may scan the full page to PDF instead, then print it from Adobe Reader by selecting Fit to Printable area.

This is a limitation of the product and not a problem, as the printer specification list this is the maximum limit the printer can print on.

 

The only workaround would be reducing the page as suggested.

The printer cannot print on the bottom 12.7mm of the paper, as clearly stated by its specifications.
