I am trying to scan a document to my email and the printer displays an error message "cannot connect to Web Services". I have checked the internet connection and re-registered on the hp services website.

Hi,

 

I understand you are getting an erro unabl to connect to web services when you are trying to scan.

 

check if the Printer is connect to the network. Please use the below link to see if the Printer is connected to the network.

2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
