Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer

My printer was working fine today, then I tried to set it up to another pc - having followed the instructions from HP to hide the printer... I now have no printing on anything I  have changed the cartridges as then got an E0 message and then the warranty expired today...after getting a message that the printer wasn't connected to an ink contract which it is..all very frustrating when you were just trying to get some homework printed....and then you cannot easily contact HP...rant rant
