I have ran all the diagnostic test and results show everything is fine and connected. However, when I need to scan from HP Smart my computer and printer don't connect. I did notice that my IP address on my printer was one digit off from what my HP Smart was showing. Not sure if that means anything. Can anyone provide me any suggestions? What's weird too, this just started. I never had any problems up to now.

Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and check.
