Hello ALL!

About 1 month ago, the logo for my "Solution Center" which activates my scanner changed. Since then, I haven't been able to scan any documents with the software. I can scan and print, but I am unable to scan and save to a digital document (pdf/doc/etc).

I tried the HP help center with no avail. I'm afraid to uninstall the software and then reinstall it. The printer is working fine and I'm afraid to mess it up!

The printer-scanner PSC 1410 is very old, but was working perfectly until a month ago.

Any suggestions?

Hi Juud,

the HP Solution Center no longer working due to Flash Player retirement.

 

You may install and use HP Scan and Capture or HP Scan Extended to scan, but be sure not to uninstall any current software as the device drivers are required.

 

You may follow below steps to install and use any of above alternatives:
