My scanner keeps splitting a single page into two different pages down the middle of it after I scan. So when I scan a single page it is then two different split ones on my computer. I have tried reseting it and cleaning every part of it, it is fully up to date and I have run multiple diagnostic checks. Anyone else have this problem or any solutions? thank you

To assist you better, which device are you using to scan? Is it a Win PC or a Mac?

Which app are you using to scan?
