How to name a file after scanning on an OfficeJet Pro 9020.  The only option is in which folder to save it, not able to name the file!  Lee

The printer supports as many options as you have apps or software to use.

 

The printer also supports SMTP Scan to Email and Scan to Network.

 

The printer supports scanning to different types of devices -- Windows computer, Mac PC, tablet, phone.

 

What you can do is directly impacted by the method you are using to scan the content and save it to your device.

 

The options are different, in fact, depending on the device and the app / software used to scan and save.

 

That means, yes, the destination might be the only option available.  In other cases, you can change the file name but the destination is perhaps pre-selected.
