Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My 7740 will no longer scan,  and apparently I am not the only person affected.

 

The "Doctor" will no longer fix it.

 

I don't want or need any of H P's additional tools,  just the basic software.

 

If it cannot be made functional,  let me know,  I will NEVER buy another piece of HP junk again,  the price in my time and effort and loss of productivity is simply to great to deal with a Company that seems to be involved in extortion rather than customer service.

 

I need the WIA driver.
