Product: HP Office Jet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Trying to put pictures on facebook after scanning and get message that scans should be in JPG, PNG, GIF or TIFF.

 

My options on my printer -  H Office Jet 5255  are:  Desktop-IFP9SME  (USB)   -   Desktop-IFPSME  -  Scan to Desktop- IFP9SME

Hi,

Click on Desktop-IFP9SME (USB)  from the printer, then click the Save as PDF drop-down menu and select Save as JPEG instead,
