Product: HP laptop

Have windows 11 and trying to get canon DR-C125 scanner to work.  Scan and Print doctor app does not recognize it via USB.  I only have basic knowledge of this computer and situation

The HP Print and Scan Doctor is for HP products.

 

Try contacting Canon Support for your Canon Product.

A quick check shows the driver is dated 2015 - not likely Windows 11 compatible unless you can find a newer driver.
