Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer

I can print, but I cannot scan.  how do I tell my printer/scanner which computer to scan to?  The old computer is obsolete now.  I'd like to run pages through and hit the scan button on the printer/scanner and tell it where to go.  How can I have it seek and identify the new computer?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Details


Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
