Hello,

 

after the last HP SW Updates scanner can not used, no communication.
Printing is available, ping reaches the printer in the home network, a network scan shoes all open ports.
But calling scan shows no communication available.

Scan Doctor does not finish. Stopping the defender firewall does not help.

Does anybody has a solution/bypass?

Hello,

after installing Windows patch day 14.12.2021 fixes, calling HPScan.exe was successful.
Nothing happens, if I call HPScanDoctor.
Second try, called as Admin, HPScanDoctor works.

may be that gives additional information to the scanner problem.
HP Update fails with HPSU -0004HPSU.JPG
Any tips how to get the missing software library?
