Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer is unable to find computer despite wired connection. Computer can locate printer through printer interface, though this dialog now pops up to scan each page:

@sunshi07, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that the printer is not connected to the computer. Are you using an ethernet cable?

 

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Setup(wired, ethernet)
