Not able to use Scan to Email Feature

Thank you for your support. Good news HP Scan Extended   & NAPS2  I installed in my Windows 10 64bit desktop machine [Desktop Name:Front Desk]and HP Scan Extended work perfectly for scanning the document from my desktop.

Now I m curious about does HP has any utility for HP Email Extend Where I can configure Email setting of my HP Color LaserJet CM2320nf MFP printer. As you know the EWS of CM2320nf MFP printer does not have any detail configuration setting for Email like SMTP credentials.

Or Do you know any utility tool that I can install in my windows 10 machine and configure SMTP authentication for my HP PrinterCM2320nf MFP? If I get that I m good with solution.

Now back to HP Web Jetadmin 10.4 can I install in my windows 10 OS as I don't have any server OS at my location.

The HP Web Jetadmin 10.4 SR1 64 bit SW build 10.4.99821 bundled with Feature Pack 3 version 1.3.99187 (J6052-10567.exe) is 420MB of sotware tool do you think I need this tool to configuring Email authentication? I m really looking for Scan to Email feature. This feature has to work on HP Color LaserJet CM2320nf MFP printer because on Printer itself has E-Mail section and has two buttons

1) Email Menu 

        Send an Email (Its ask to use email that store in contact

        Current Setting (Resoultion and size)

        Email Setup (Same setup is showing that I configured in EWS

2) Start Email

       Use Email contacts (I entered 7 email address via EWS and its displaying all)

       Use Email History

       Enter new Email address

In shor what ever setting I did in Email under EWS page I can see on my printer. So its getting all info via TCP/IP but only issue is find a way how we can do authentication or is anyway we can bypass on printer not to authenticat.

Dragon Fur do you know if I can enable SSL/TLS on the printer and generate a self-signed certificate that would allow you to use the Gmail SMTP server? but again there is nothing on printer I can enable SSL/TLS, this are the setting I see on most of the HP MFP EWS page.

I think we are little close to find a great solution. Need your help and Yes thank you very much for your all help.

As I have tried to explain -- and apparently not clearly -- I really don't know enough about this printer to be of any help beyond the little bit I found out earlier.

I do not know the answer.

Since this thread is mired in back-and-forth, you might best start a new Thread with new subject and ask your question(s).

We do have Experts that understand this printer class better than I and perhaps you will get the answer you seek.

i solved this Problem -> i have SMTP, scan to mail with Authentification not function.. i test and test and test, then i give the port 25, its funtion 🙂
