We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

After scan with Save as Editable Text (OCR) it doesn't recognice the Greek characters. Sould it do automatically or I have to choose thepreffered launguage. Didn't manage to make it to work

Hi,

You should change the language to Greek as follows:

  1. From HP Scan select Save as Editable Text.
  2. Click on More > on the right pane.
  3. Click the Destination tab.
  4. Click the File Type drop-down menu (e.g. RTF) and then you may change the OCR language.
  5. Change it to Greek and press OK.
  6. Click the Disk icon to save the changed.
