Hello, when I scan photos with the highest resolution (1200dpi), I get several vertical lines with an offset (see picture). I use the latest version of firmware and scanning software an I also have cleaned the scanner  - but no enhancement.  scan_streifen.png

thanks for your answer.

I did some scan tests after the restart procedure and first I thought that the offset is a bit better. But there is no difference. Lines and offset are still the same.

For me it seems that both is also depending on the subject and the surface of the picture. When I scan a picture with high contrast and semi-gloss or frosted surface, it works much better than with old, underexposed, black and white glossy photos. And the lines and offset are always on the same position of the scanning unit.
