Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought an Office Jet Pro 9015e and did all the set up steps. I am not able to scan from the computer or send a scan from the printer to the computer. I was only able to scan to USB. Although I can print from the computer to the printer using HP Smart.

I cannot use the document feeder at all. It shows that the document is loaded, but then the machine makes a series of loud clacking noises and never pulls the document through.

I had the same very frustrating issue. Ultimately had to download HP Smart so correct drivers were installed and problem solved. I now run through the software. Hope this continues to work.
