Product: OfficeJet Pro 6970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP online support is hopeless.
Can someone please tell me if the OfficeJet Pro 6970 has a TWAIN Driver/is TWAIN compliant in 64-bit Windows 10?
I only get the WIA option and it is no good for my purpose.
Someone? Please?

Yes,
Twain Compliance is provided as part of the HP Basic Device Software for your printer.
Try following below version of HP Print and Scan Doctor by selecting Fix Scanning:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe
Does it provide any error about the HP Software or the HP Twain test phase?
Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.
If my post resolve your problem please mark it as an Accepted Solution 🙂
