Scan to e-mail is not working.
After it scans the document, the printer display immediately says 'Canceling'...
I've tried everything. Maybe it's because it says 'Internet Connection: not connected'.
That is very strange as this printer is connected to the same network as all other devices in my house and they all have internet connection...

Hi,
From within the Network Tap select IPv$ for the active connection type.
Set the Primary DNS Address as 8.8.8.8
Set the Secondary DNS Address as 8.8.4.4 and save the changed.
Restart the printer and check if you may see any difference within the Web Services tab.
If the same persists, try removing Web Services, then enable Web Services again, follow the steps on screen and check for any difference:
Note: the Scan to Email app will then need to be re-enabled by providing your personal email and following the steps on screen.
