Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Until yesterday, we had no problems scanning on Office Jet Pro 7740.  Error No Computer Found.  Tried to run Print and Scan Doctor did not run because message Cannot delete output file.  I have tried for hours to resolve this and no luck.
