Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why does the fax component of Printer Assistant not save faxes to the folder designated and authenticated in the Digital Fax Setup Wizard? I have verified that permissions to the folder in question allow access by the administrator-group Windows account we are using as our working account. I have reconfigured with the Digital Fax Setup Wizard several times but faxes just don’t get saved where they should get saved.

Officejet Pro 7740 does not support the "Scan to Network folder" feature.
