Thanks for the heads up with the document feeder problem.  Which connecetors appear to be the most troblesome.  I accessed the logic board from the side and worked all the reachable connectors (i have big thumbs) but could not solve the problem.  Any suggestions?  thanks Rich

I was receive this error message after trying to scan any document to any option (folder, email, etc.)...after the last page the scanner would not sense there was no additional pages, so would give this error message.

 

Take the side panel off and checking the connections appear to work for me.

 

Only item I would add: side panel slides to the rear for removal...

How disapointing that this only worked for 1 scan...I've since removed the panel again and no luck -- some strange reason, document will scan successfully but still get the Reload ADF error message EVERY TIME!

OK -- I discovered if I clean the gray center "thing" (sensor) from side-to-side FREQUENTLY -- I don't get the RELOAD ADF message....
