HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 901 All-in-One has stopped loading multiple pages from the ADF. This fails when scanning or printing. It fails using the front console, HP Smart, or other scanning or fax software products such as PaperPort. It picks up the first page normally and runs it through then it makes internal clicking sounds like it is trying to pick another, but it doesn't. The "new and improved" HP Smart tools only runs a test on the printer for the things it thinks it knows about the device and then lets you print a test page. Once it has printed, when you then select Done, it returns to the main menu. It never attempts to test the ADF. On the main menu you can select Print or Scan and the device does not pick up a second page. If you run HP Print and Scan Doctor .7.4 that ways there is a newer version of the software. If you choose Get Installer it takes you to an invalid HP Page. If you select Skip it offers access to the useless help bot. I'm at the end of my rope. Ideas?
