Product: Officejet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to scan an A3 size (297 X 420 mm) document using the flatbed of the Officejet Pro 7740.

However, no matter what size setting I use for the document, only part of the document is scanned.

Is this machine capable of scanning a complete A3 size document ?

Why not just say you need to install the full driver kit and not the basic one?
