I have been scanning documents from OfficeJet Pro 8020 network printer and saving as PDF files on my computer using HP Smart scan app for a long time without issue. Now when I scan a document, the file is blocked by Windows. I must open the file properties on each file and unblock the file before I can email as an attachment. This process is too time consuming, and makes the scanner useless. Why did it change, and how do I fix it?
