When I click the scan icon, it goes to a screen for me to log onto HP smart and then a message pops up to open hp smart in another browser that may be hidden, but there is no other browser. When I log on to the HP smart site and log in, I don't see anything re: the scanner

What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
Have you tried using HP Scan or HP Scan and capture?

Hi, I am also facing the same issue on Hp laserjet 3830. As today I spended the whole day but scanned just 2 pages of Pikashow apk document. Which is about 50 pages. Now after spending the whole day I am about changing of this printer because It has wasted alot of my time. If you found the solution so also share with me other wise I am going to change it.
