i Have problemt to connect to e-print...  i have try to set back to factory settings .. but i get no where.. 😕  
I´m trying to scan a documet to my e-mail adress.... it works in jun 2016 .. so i dont see what the problem are.  I¨m getting the questions to check for updates ... but getting error messages..   my deviceinfo is ..  

Produktnavn HP Photosmart 5520 series Produktmodellnummer CX042B Service-ID 23035 Fastvareversjon MGP1CN1444AR

 is this the latest Firmware ?

Hi,

This is not the latest firmware, the latest firmware should resolve the described problem.

 

The latest firmware update utility fir your printer is not available for Mac OS at this time, only for a Windows PC.

 

If you do not have the printer installed on a Widnows PC be sure to install it first using below drivers:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL42577/mp-108807-3/PS5520_1315-1.exe

 

Then update the printer using below utility:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps5520/PS5520_R1610A.exe

As it is an Imac with Sierra operating system, the software you propose is not woking for OS of the Imac.
