Receiving carriage jam error on my Photosmart all in one printer C5580.  Went through the trouble shooting steps and still receiving it.  It worked fine when I printed a week ago.  Next steps?

Please try these steps mentioned in this video link

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
