Product: HP ENVY 5642 e-All-in-One Printer

I bought this printer/scanner on Marketplace one year ago and the printing works fine, but I have never used the scanning, since it  keeps asking me for a pin code. I have written to the previous owner without any success.

How can I reset the pin code?

 

The "I have forgotten my pin code"- function does not work, I keep getting the box to enter the pin code, which I don´t have.
