Hello Community!
Does anyone here have any idea what my issue may be? I'm getting error message(Port Match) issue not fixed. I have no idea how to fix this, or even what port to select. I have a HP Pavilion 1512 PC, and I'm using Windows 10/64bit. I started out with Windows 8, then the free upgraded Windows 10 which was right around the time Windows 10 came out and it use to work fine.
Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.
To better assist you - What is the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps -
Download and install HP Print and Scan Doctor, it is a Windows tool to fix printer issues.
If the issue still persists, try re-installing the printer driver -
1. In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program".
2. Look for HP Printer software.
3. Right-click to uninstall.
4. In the search box, type and open “Devices and printers”.
5. In the Devices and Printers, look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose “Delete” or “Remove Device”.
6. Open the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”).
8. Click on the "Drivers" tab.
9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click “Remove” at the bottom.
10. Select Ok.
11. Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows.
12. Close Devices and Printers Once the software and drivers are removed.
13. Restart the computer.
14. Download and install the software and drivers from here for Windows 10 (64-bit).
15. Click on the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
If the issue is specific to the MS word package, then try these general steps to try and fix the issue -
1. Go to Control panel - Devices and printers - Right-click on OfficeJet 8730 and select "Printing preferences". Click on "Advanced" tab and make sure the "Advanced printing features" are enabled. Now try to print. If the issue persists, go to the next step.
2. Go to Control panel - Programs and features - Locate Microsoft office package - Right-click and select "Change" option. You will get an MS Office pop-up window. Select the "Repair" option and select "Continue". Follow the on-screen instructions to repair the office package. Once done try to print and check.
3. If the above steps did not solve the issue, then you may need to uninstall and reinstall the MS Office package. Check here for instructions: http://hp.care/2eJmVyl
