Product: Scanjet G3110
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

On an initial test of Print and Scan Doctor it does not find my G3110 scanner. The scanner does seem to be working as a just did a test scan. Help!

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try using this alternative scan solution:

 

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Let us know if that works.
