Printer Apperatly Scans Documents from ADF but There is no Print output

Hi,

Interestingly a unique problem has emerged, till now the machine was working perfectly. 

Problem:

To copy any document from ADF the documents' run perfectly thorugh the ADF but print is not triggered. But if documents are individually scanned from glass the print is triger and with no issue prints are received. 

Troubleshoots Already Done:

**The results of below actions resulted in no success, which are as follows:

1. Restarted the printer and waited for 20sec to wash the memory.
2. Copy settings set to default.
3. Factory Reset done.
4. Firmware downloaded from HP.com and succesfully reinstalled the firmware.

Please advise on the issue. Love this machine been a great companion for the last few years now

Scan and Copy are two different tasks - some of the methods to fix issues are the same (similar) for both.

For example, if Scan / Copy through the ADF fails to print, the ADF rollers may need a good cleaning.
