Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am getting a printer failure notification.  Have reloaded the drivers,  used the diagnostic tool and reset the system.  I hadn't used the printer in awhile, but cannot get it to operate correctly.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print due to printer failure error. I'd be happy to assist you.
