Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Office Jet 6950.  Windows 10.  I am 81 years old and do not know everything you asked for.  Printer screen used to have a "copy option" but we cannot find it any longer.

Please cancel the above question.  One of us 87 and the other is 81 and we can't stop laughing.  All you have to do is pull the info to the right and there is the copy option.  Hilarious.  Remember this when you get old.  And believe me it sneaks up on you.  Back to our wonderful HP6950.

Now, if your printer is failing to copy and there is no response at all from your HP Envy when you attempt to run the copy, this generally indicates a hardware failure with the scanning/copying assembly built into your printer. Two things generally cause this failure: a power issue, or a programming issue.
