Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP M428FDN connected via network cable to  Win 10 Pro 64 bit after some time starts scanning (via Foxit Reader ver.: 9.7.2.29539) slower and slower. So after some time over one minute waiting needed until it starts scanning. So far the only solution was to always reinstall the HP software. After reinstalling it starts scanning again after few seconds. And then again after a week or two or more the scanning starts again very delayed. This is not happening just onto my laptop but also onto others in the company and also onto same other printers in the company.

Nobody touches/is doing any network HW or SW updates/setups. Nobody installing any software onto PCs. Just the Win 10 Pro updates are automatically installed onto PCs.

 

Any ideas why this very annoying scan start delays are happening and how to eliminate the long lasting reinstalling of HP software package ? Because after reinstalling the scan starts again  within few seconds.
