Product: HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer - H711a/H711g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The printer status is Offline but is connected via USB to Windows 11 HP laptop.  Tried deleting the printer and reinstalling it to no avail.  Issue is with Scanning and error says that the printer is not connected.

I understand you are not able to scan. Are you trying to use the HP Smart app to scan?

 

Download and use the HP Scan and Capture app from Microsoft Store to resolve this issue.
