HP Envy 6000

When I’m scanning a paper to my computer, I see a black line on the top of the scanned page on my computer. I already cleaned the glass. The only possibility I think this is happening with is due to 2-3 tiny black spots on the underside of the flatbed scanner lid. The printer is practically brand new and rarely used. Those small dots were likely there when I got the printer, but I don’t scan often enough to see it. The reason I noticed it today is because I needed to use the scanned page to email it somewhere.

Can anyone help me? Can HP help as the 2-3 small dots were there when I got the printer clearly? I didn’t just put the dots there. My printer is out of warranty but I didn’t cause this.
