I have had issues with this printer since the day I purchased it. It does not ever want to scan and only wants to print "sometimes" and that is the reason I bought this model. The scanner has only worked one time. On HP Smart it says printer is offline, but when you go to add a printer it shows online. When you go to my online account , it shows online and ready to print. When you try to scan it says scanning not available. I have unplugged, I have turned off and on, I have ran test print page and that works. I have set as default, still no scanner. I need this printer to scan and print both. I do not want to have to buy another one and if I do it will not be an HP. Any suggestions on how to resolve this once and for all?
