Product: HP ENVY 5640

I'm trying to scan to email (done it loads of times before) but my printer now can't connect to the server. No idea why. Tried switching everything on and off, but no joy. I can print from my computer no problem, so the printer is connected to my wifi.

 

Can anyone help?

@SPF22, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, are you using a Mac or a Win PC to scan?

 

If you have not made any changes to the settings, then it could be an issue with the HP servers. Wait for a couple of days and try again.

 

If the issue persists, restart the web services on the printer

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

Try to scan. 

 

Also, login to your webmail and check if you are able to login.
