When I try to copy documents they are cut off on each side. Like the printer doesn't print to the edges of the page.

Are you referring to copy or printing from a computer?

What size paper are you using? Use compatible paper.

 

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Somebody replied that I should disconnect printer from power, wait few minutes and retry and it worked fine.
