Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

My printer was working fine this week until I unplugged it to cancel something I was printing. I plugged it back in and got the printer error message. I tried turning it off and unplugging it from wall. Took out ink cartridges while it was on and put them back in before turning back on. Still has error message.

What is the exact error message you are getting?
