My black ink cartridge is full, yet when I print or copy, I get a blank page. I have tried all of the other troubleshooting steps.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
