Suddenly my printer stopped working only with printer scan mode via the hp smart app which was working great and I use often. I tried every way outlined in the apps troubleshooting steps with no luck. I get a message that my printer is not available for this service BUT IT HAS BEEN FOR 3 YEARS.

Restart Everything, including the router that controls your network
