Hi, does anyone have any HP MFP (printer/scanner/copier) that they know for certain will work with a new Microsoft Surface laptop equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon (ARM-based) processor. I definitely need it to scan as well as print. Thanks.

Any printer supported by the HP Smart Universal Printer driver will work with your Surface as HP produces an ARM version of the driver.

Hello,  I am trying to set up an HP OfficeJet 5258 on my Microsoft Office Pro Snapdragon X Elite (12 core).  I keep getting a couple of error messages saying the driver is not available - both in HP Smart and through the website.  Below is the information for my printer.

Have you downloaded the correct Smart Universal Printer Driver? https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SUPD/SUPD-V4-ARM64-4.01.2.2972.exe
