Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a n E230 computer, and a Envy 7640 printer. All of a sudden I can't scan to my computer. I get this message "the scan could not be completed. Make sure the scanning software has been installed, and configured on your computer".
