Hi @Morky1

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To copy multiple sheets at a time on your HP DeskJet 2800e, follow these steps:

Using the Printer Control Panel:

Prepare the Document:

  • Place the document you want to copy on the scanner glass or in the automatic document feeder (ADF), if available.

Select Copy Mode:

  • Press the Copy button on the printer’s control panel.

Set the Number of Copies:

  • Use the numeric keypad to enter the number of copies you want to make (up to the printer's limit).

Select Color Options:

  • Choose whether you want to copy in color or black & white.

Start the Copying Process:

  • Press the Start button to begin copying. If using the ADF, ensure it’s properly loaded with multiple pages.

Note:

  • If your printer has an ADF, you can stack multiple pages in it to copy them all at once. The printer will automatically feed and copy each page.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
