Welcome to the HP English Community --
In so much that I am aware --
No - there is no direct method to Open HP Smart > select Mobile Fax > Compose a fax, Scan the content, Send the fax, and -- during the Mobile Fax operation -- then save the content that will be faxed for immediate or later retrieval.
You can go back later and Export Fax Report as a PDF.
The Fax report is simply that, a report on the job parameters (who, what (# pages), when)
Should you want a copy of the data you will fax,
Open HP Smart > Scan and Save the content you want to fax,
Before leaving the HP Smart app, return to the Home page and select Mobile Fax.
Select to compose the fax using the scanned content you saved along with a cover sheet (optional).
