Hi,
for past 2-3 days I am not able to copy or scan any document on my printer.
When I press the copy button and choose any options , I am able to do it but once I press start copy nothing happens.
I have also tries to scan from my PC it shows connect error.
Don't know hpw to resolve it. I have used HP Prints & Scan Doctor and for scaning fix it runs the scan and mentions driver error and the scan gets aborted.
Please advise how to solve this problem.
Thanks
Bharat Khanna

From the Troubleshooting Section:
Resolving a 'Scanner Failure' Message When Scanning, Copying, or Faxing
and
Improving Copy Quality > Step 2: Reset the Printer
Cannot scan from printer panel
Ensure "Scan to Computer" feature is enabled in the printer software on the computer.
Example
Printer Assistant shortcut icon on the Desktop named for the printer .
tab Print, Scan & Fax > Manage Scan to Computer > Enable
Scan_Properties_2A

Hi Bharat,
I am also facing exact issue which you have mentioned. I am not able to scan or copy my documents. When I press copy button on my printer it pulls the paper and says copying and stays there forever and same it does while scanning. It doesn't matter you give the scan request from computer or printer, my printer just hangs.
Only if i give printing command from computer print is coming. But if i place the paper in printer and i tried to copy or scan it is not working. And finally i have to shutdown the printer and restart it to make it normal. But even after shut down copy and scan are not working. Rest if i print printer report it is printing without any issue.
can any one tell me the solution to this problem?
Regards,
Ashim
