Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Laserjet Pro 400 M451dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am using a Canon Canoscan 9000F Mark II scanner to scan documents and copy them to the HP LaserJet Pro 400 451dn color laser printer.  I am using the "copy" button function on the front of the scanner.  When a colored document or a photo is scanned this way the red and the blue colors are reversed when it comes off the printer.

Both the scanner and the printer work flawlessly in all other situations.

Somehow the red and the blue colors are being swapped when a document goes from the scanner to the printer.

I have called Canon Technical Support and they told me they have never heard of that problem and have never had it reported before.  When using the "copy" button function there are no adjustments that can be made. The scanner copies what it sees.

So why do the red and the blue get swapped on the printer?

What happens if you scan the same document to the computer and then print the scanned copy? If that is ok, then the issue has to be the scanner software which is sending the document to the printer and has nothing to do with the printer. Sorry but that is a Canon issue.
