MFP M277DW

Hello,

I have the MFP M277DW printer/scan/fax machine and I have a question about the fax capabilities of this product. I've noticed that when people call the fax machine by mistake, instead of the normal house phone, the fax rings for some time and then the call is ended. And because it receives no data,  it prints a report with the date, the duration of the ringing, result of "no fax found" and a BLANK caller-id!

I tried to check the settings if I could do anything to make the fax machine to also print on the report the number of the phone that called the fax, but there is nothing. What can I do? I don't want to lose possible clients that accidentally called the fax machine.

In the normal fax reports (of sent and received), the caller-id is there (in the sent faxes to be honest, in the received it's not always, but it shows on the header of the received fax).
